I’m Alisha.
I’m not here as your therapist or your favorite influencer.
I’m just a woman who’s married, sometimes overwhelmed, prayerful, need a good nap, high-functioning, and still trying to show up with softness.
I built Waffles and Wives because I needed something real; not just scripture and survival, but structure. A place where being wise, strategic, and grounded could coexist.
So, if you’re the strong one, the quiet one, the overthinking one, or the one who feels unseen; welcome home.
